LP3470M5X-3.08 Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When a supply voltage of 1V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 5. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 500mV. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -20°C~85°C TJ degrees. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 16μA. There are other features such as RESET THRESHOLD VOLTAGE IS 3.08 V to name a few. You can always use LP3470, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
