There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Cut Tape (CT). There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. When a supply voltage of 2.4V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins make up the power management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 500mV. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -20°C~85°C TJ. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 16μA.
