This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 36 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 2.865GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.45V. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.15V~3.45V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
