A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Embedded in the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 36 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 2.53GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.45V to operate this time clock generator. Clock PLL works with 3.15V~3.45V supply voltage provided. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
