Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 36 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 3.45V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
