This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 36 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called Clock and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There is a maximum frequency of 3.23GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel.
