As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 36 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. An up to 1.636GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.8V~3.2V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
