LMX2487SQ/NOPB Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 6GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.5V~3.6V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. This electronic component can be classified as a PLL Frequency Synthesizer, Delta Sigma. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number LMX2487. The clock PLL has 24 pins that are available. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 3V. Clock generator can also be included into PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits. An electronic part belonging to the PLLatinum? series is being used here. The supply current of 5.7mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
