LMX2352TMX/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V.
