I have packaged it in a way that is similar to 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad's.In this electronic part, 8 Bits have been used.As part of Tape & Reel (TR), it is embedded.There are 14 terminations, which are the practice of ending a transmission line with a device that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.Using 2.7V~3.6V, this electrical device converts alternative voltage (AC voltage) into regulated direct voltage (DC voltage) and provides regulated DC power to drive a load.This electrical device is supplied with 2.7V~3.6V as the digital voltage or supply voltage.According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded.As long as the supply voltage is kept at 3.3V, it is fine.A set of 14 pins is included in the design.It operates with the minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.As a result, it is operating at a temperature which is maximal for its reliability, which is 85°C.Mounted Surface Mount-ways.In order for the device to function normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V.In this case, Vsup is the maximum supply voltage.It is powered by a 3.3V battery.
