There is a SC-74A, SOT-753 case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 5.
