LMK05028RGCR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.465V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3.135V is recommended for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi750MHzing a clock output frequency of 750MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
