As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. There is a maximum frequency of 3.255GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.15V~3.45V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
