LMK04828BISQE/NOPB Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). A Clock PLL is included with the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 3.08GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.15V~3.45V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C.
