Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 2.6GHz is available.
