LMK04805BISQE/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.536GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.15V~3.45V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
