LMK04102SQ/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 1.08GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as you provide 3.15V~3.45V supply voltage, it will work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with LVCMOS, 2VPECL, LVPECL logic levels. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number LMK04102. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 48 pins. This electronic part is a member of the PLLatinum? series. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 7 signal outputs. An ATM/SONET/SDH SUPPORT CIRCUIT-telecom clock generator with hitless switching, holdover, and jitter control. With this time clock generator, you get 2 inputs. This frequency synthesizer can be applied to the SONET; SDH axis as well.
