LMK04031BISQX/NOPB Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations.
