LMK04031BISQE/NOPB Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 1.57GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.45V for this clock generator.
