LMK04010BISQ/NOPB Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 1.296GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 3.15V~3.45V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. 2VPECL, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Conditioner. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. This part number LMK04010 is related to the following electrical components. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 48 pins. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Drivers. The frequency synthesizer features 5 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible.
