LMK03001ISQX/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 1.57GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as you provide 3.15V~3.45V supply voltage, it will work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Conditioner.
