LMK03000ISQX/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 1.296GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There should be 3.15V~3.45V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. It has been classified as a Clock Conditioner electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
