LMK01000ISQE/NOPB Overview
The clock divider is packaged in a 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad case. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). There are 48 terminations in it. The supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of providing high efficiency. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Divider. Setting the temperature to -40°C~85°C will ensure reliable performance. In order for it to function, a power source of 3.15V~3.45V V must be available. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 48 on timeing clock. There is LVDS, LVPECL output from clock driver. It is operated by using 48 pins. As a member of the LMK01000 family, it falls under that category. Vsup is set to 3.45V as the maximum supply voltage.
