It is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. A Tube case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. We are approaching the 8h termination of the year. There are a total of 8 pins on this op amp.
