LM66100DCKR Overview
A 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 case is included with it. In this case, it is suitable to pack the part in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. Mounting is done along the Surface Mount-axis. The voltage is set to 1.5V~5.5V. In order for this component to operate properly, its minimum operating temperature must not exceed -40°C~105°C. It fits the General Purpose-connected component. In this case, the FET type can be recognized as P-Channel. In the part there are 6 terminations that are available. It is based on LM6610. This device is powered by 3.6V in order to deliver a high level of performance. The minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 1.5V. There is a limit to the maximum supply voltage when Vsup reaches 5.5V. When the output current conducts under 1.5A, the chip can work.
