There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. There is a switching frequency of 2.1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 3.9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.3V volts. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3.5A output current.
