LM51551QDSSRQ1 Overview
It comes in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 2.97V~45V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 100kHz~2.2MHz. The Surface Mount, Wettable Flank value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. A variety of 12 terminations are available in dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 12V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "LM51551". An input voltage of 2.97V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 45V input voltage. Basically, it's a dc to dc voltage regulator from the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
