Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 15V~90V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 200kHz 600kHz . The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
