With its 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For outputs of 3, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 13V~90V and has a 13V~90V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 310kHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
