LM5025CMTCX/NOPB Overview
It comes in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThis dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 8V~15V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~580kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . The 16 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts.
