LM5025BSD Overview
Capsuled in the 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 8V~15V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~400kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
