LM5025BMTC/NOPB Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 8V~15V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~400kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 48V.
