LM5025ASD Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 8V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at 200kHz~580kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions.
