A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .Output type CMOS, DTL, ECL, MOS, Open-Collector, TTL is used for this comparator.The chip is packaged with Tube .8 terminals are found on the comparator.Electronic comparator is a component of the Comparator family.A comparator is capable of completing a variety of demanding tasks when supplied with 5V voltage.In terms of type, this is a typical General Purpose comparator.The device includes 8 pins.Surface Mount universial mout for easy adapting.Electronic comparator is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.There are 8 pins on the comparator.You can find more pin-to-pin solutions for your special requirements by searching LM393 .This comparator presents a quiescent current of 2.5mA .There is a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other board.For normal use of the device, the nominal supply current should be 400μA .A current supply greater than 200μA may cause the comparator to malfunction.5V power supplies are enough to run the device.A maximum current of 250nA can be supplied to the device.Comparator electronics is apparent from the voltage formula that the voltage gain for the part is 106.02dB .For normal operation, the operating supply voltage must be 28V .
