Description
The LM393DT is a low-power dual voltage comparator that can work over a wide range of voltages from a single source. Split power supply operation is also feasible. It also has a unique feature in that, despite being powered by a single voltage, the input common-mode voltage range includes ground.
The LM393DT is made up of two independent low voltage comparators that can operate over a wide variety of voltages from a single source. Split power supply operation is also feasible.
Even though runs from a single power supply voltage, these comparators have a unique feature in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground.
Features
? Dual supplies or a wide single-supply voltage range: 2 to 36 volts or ±1 to ±18 volts
? Low supply current (0.45 mA) that is unaffected by supply voltage (1 mW/comparator at 5 V).
? Input bias current is typically 20 nA.
? Low input offset current (typically ±3 nA).
? Low input offset voltage (typically ±1 mV).
? Ground is included in the input common-mode voltage range.
? Low output saturation voltage (Isink = 4 mA): 80 mV typ.
? Range of differential input voltage equal to supply voltage
? Compatible outputs include TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, and CMOS.
? DFN8 2x2, MiniSO8, TSSOP8, and SO8 packages are available.
