As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management system has 5 pins. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 15μA for the power management. It is always advisable to use LM3724, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. To operate this power management, you will need at least 5V volts of power. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 15μA at the most.
