The product is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) for ease of transportation.There is a comparator of type CMOS, Open-Collector, TTL output on this device.Electronic comparator is shipped by Tube .It's a typical General Purpose comparator.Currently, it consists of only 4 elements.The recommended mounting method is Through Hole .If you want to avoid malfunction, you should set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C .This comparator has 14 pins.You can find more pin-to-pin solutions by searching LM339 .The comparator presents a quiescent current of 2.5mA volts.Normally, the nominal supply current should be 2mA .Current supply exceeding 2mA could cause disfunction of the compartator.Electronic comparator is possible to input up to 250nA current into the device.Based on the voltage formula, the voltage gain of the part is 106.02dB .Temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended.Lower temperatures than 0°C are unsuitable for it.36V is the maximum supply voltage of the comparator.A minimum supply voltage of 3V is permitted for this comparator.As a result, 4 channels work together to maintain the quality of the output.For normal operation, the operating supply voltage must be 5V .
