A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .Output type DTL, MOS, Open-Collector, TTL is used for this comparator.The part will be shipped by Tape & Reel (TR) .The comparator has a total of 14 terminals.Other Comparator like the device play a important role in the industry.Supplied by 5V voltage, the comparator can accomplish the many demanding tasks.It's a typical General Purpose comparator.The recommended mounting method is Surface Mount .As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.The comparator has a pin count of 14 .Search LM339 to find more pin-to-pin solutions.The comparator presents a quiescent current of 2.5mA volts.The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it.For normal use of the device, the nominal supply current should be 1.1mA .Current supply exceeding 2mA could cause disfunction of the compartator.This device requires 5V power supplies to operate.A maximum current of 250nA can be supplied to the device.The voltage gain of the part is indicated by 106.02dB in the voltage formula.Normal operation requires 36V operating supply voltage.
