A convenient transport package is provided in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .The comparator has a CMOS, MOS, Open-Collector, TTL output.As a result, it is designed with Tube package.There are14 terminals on the comparator.Electronic comparator is a component of the Comparator family.With a 5V voltage supply, the comparator can perform multiple demanding tasks.This is a typical comparator of type Differential .The total number of elements is 4 .A total of 14 pins are included.A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.If you want to avoid malfunction, you should set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C .There are 14 pins on the comparator.In case you are looking for more pin-to-pin solutions, you may want to search LM339 .A quiescent current of 2.5mA is observed in this comparator.Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount .The nominal supply current of the device should be 2mA for normal use.Electronic comparator is possible for the comparator to malfunction when the current supply exceeds 2mA .5V power supplies are enough to run the device.You can input a maximum current of 250nA into this device.The voltage gain of the part is indicated by 106.02dB in the voltage formula.
