LM2748MTCX Overview
With its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. This dc control operates at 3V~6V and has a 3V~6V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position.
