LM2647LQX Overview
With its 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 5.5V~28V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -5°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 200kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. An analog IC DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
