It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tray .The package is conveniently packaged the power management in 64-BQFP Exposed Pad .For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.This power management targets at Engine Management and other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction.4.9V~5.1V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.Alternatively, you may search for L9779 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions for your specific needs.A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on a PCB or other board.Voltage 550μA is required to operate this power management ic.
