L6730C Overview
The switching controller fits in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 4.5V~14V volts and has 4.5V~14V supply voltage. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz~1MHz position. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
