The L1SS400T1G is a small, high-speed, surface mount switching diode produced by LRC. It is designed for high-frequency, high-speed switching and space-constrained electronic applications and has excellent electrical performance and reliability.

Small package: SOD523 (SC-79) package is adopted, which is suitable for high-density integration.

High-speed switch: With extremely short reverse recovery time (4ns), it is suitable for high-frequency and fast switching applications.

Low forward voltage drop: Under forward current, the voltage drop is small, which helps to reduce energy loss.

High reverse withstand voltage: The maximum reverse withstand voltage can reach 90V, ensuring stable operation under reverse voltage.

Applications:   

High-frequency circuits:
