KA239A Overview
A convenient packaging is provided in the form of DIP .There is a OPEN-COLLECTOR output type for this comparator.There are 14 terminals on the comparator.The electrical component here belongs to the Comparator family.With a 5V voltage supply, the comparator can perform multiple demanding tasks.The board includes 14 pins.The nominal supply current of the device should be 1.1mA for normal use.A current supply greater than 2mA may cause the comparator to malfunction.There is sufficient power to run the device from 5V power supplies.Temperature higher than 85°C is not recommended.Comparator electronics cannot be used at a temperature below -25°C .The maximal supply voltage of the comparator is 36V .There is a minimum supply voltage of 18V for this comparator.To maintain output quality, 4 channels cooperate.There is essentially a very high gain COMPARATOR amplifier in the comparator.Its output current is rated as 18mA .
