ISL84781IR Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, international shipping is convenient. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 8:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations.
