ISL83699IRZ-T Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in QFN. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Cut Tape. Totally, there are 16 terminations. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. When a voltage supply of 1.8V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. A key feature of the 16 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. A 450mOhm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 3.6V. The analog switch ic is of the Single supply type and is cost-effective. It is recommended to use 1.65V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 50nA current. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 50nA, damage can occur. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. 104MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches. 4-bits are supported.
