The SOIC package offers greater flexibility.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is based on 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.The board contains 14 pins for component connections.The basis of the model has 4 outputs integrated.85°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be 0°C.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 13.2V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 10.8V.As a result, it outputs a 3A current.A voltage of 7.1mA is used as the supply voltage.
