In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.As a maximum, there is 3A limit to the output current.Several electronic components are included in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 85°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.13.2V is its maximum operating voltage.This device is designed to operate with a voltage of 10.8V.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 3A.
