For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the packaging method.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -10°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.A supply voltage of 5V is required for operation.The board has 8 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 33V.
